Default help with an ebay wastegate vacuum

I bought a wastegate from ebay and when i received it it didn't have instructions! I emailed the seller and he said they dont come with instructions!! the wastegate looks like a HKS 50mm knock off, but it has 2 holes on top and one on the side, i figured the one on the side goes to the compressor housing, but what about the other 2? Any help is appreciated.

One of them is for a boost controller, the other one is for a screw that adjusts the tension on the wastegate spring.

do you know if it works? It will work without anything on the top pressure port, but I am sketchy on that possible screw. Maybe its for a weird 2 stage boost controller?

The valve has resistance when you push it tho right? im just saying, as long as there is a spring inside of there im 80% sure that it is fine, just dont plug all those top holes up else the WG wont work.

yeah, it took me some force to push the valve up. The engine should be running in a week or so, and i need to make sure that i wont have a problem with the wastegate during tuning. here's a question, will the wastegate open when the turbo intake pipes are not connected <blowing air in the engine bay>? I'm just trying to figure out a way to verify the functionality of the wastegate. Thnx again.......

No, what you want to do is hook it up to an air compressor with some sort of fine tunable restrictor (like for an hvlp gun) and slowly turn up the psi to see if it opens, just remember, too much pressure will rupture the diaphram.
