Default help with check engine light

i have a 99 civic with a b18b and i just installed my turbo kit. i'm using dsm 450 injectors and i wire it with 10 ohms 10 watts resistors but i have a check engine light reading 16. i rechecked the resistors and it's fine, what do you guys think is wrong?

plus my boost gauge is reading like 14 or 15 vacuum. do i have a vacuum leak? is it suppose to be reading 0 when the engine is on?

probly have a vacuum leak since it is usually 20-18 vacuum at idle, all depending on the rpms.
and for your fuel curcuit code i would recheck all the resistors and make sure there taped up good with a nice solid connection.
