Whats up guys...we recently finished up a turbo setup for my friends bmw. One problem...theres no boost. We have looked over everything and we can't find any leaks at all. Heres some specs if that helps...

95 bmw 318is
neukin manifold
xs power wastegate
knock off type s bov
apexi s-afc euro
glowshift gauges
custom oil lines with custom sending unit and custom oil pump for feed
fmic with aluminum piping
all silicone couplers with t-bolts
obx boost controller

i was thinking the wastegate might have something to do with the problem..other than that my friend and i are stumped. We need to get this thing running right soon as both of us leave for college by the end of the week.

Is the turbo blowing air?

 

We can hear it spooling...but i guess that doesn't mean its blowing air. I just assumed since i could hear it, it was working fine. il be back in a minute

Pretty sure turbo is blowing.

Ha i just found out he forgot the firering...but i don't think thats the problem.

We found some weird purge valve on his intake manifold so we're going to close that off and see if that works. If not we'll go back and put on the firering
