Looks good.
no1 reason why i want a boosted d. You can do it right and do it cheap at the same time. +1 on the head but atleast now you know to remove a little less material on the intake ports next time.
Those ball bearing rb26 turbos are nice. I had a complete set. They're t25's though, might be t3 flanged but they're classed as t25. Same as the nissan 300zx but ball bearing. Did you end up with the ceramic or steel turbine wheel? The ceramic turbine wheels are happy at around 10-14 psi. They let loose and break off at 17psi.

Got the motor almost done. Bottom end is together, new seals. Accidentally broke off an oil pump bolt ,it would seem as though my torque wrench doesn't like to work below 10 lb. re-torqued it all with a better one. Just need some valve locks.
With the broken bolt I drilled a hole in the center ,then tapped in a T-10 torx screwdriver and backed it out. Worked great. New gaskets through out. Tapped the pan with a Brass barb and a locker on the back with some JB to seal it up nice.
Starting to look good. Crimson (the guy who posted the wheel) is gonna Powdercoat the valve cover wrinkle red and clean up the water pipe on the back of the block and housing...
44 Days to go.
I will post pics of the motor tonight.
Still need one of those washers (beveled) that goes on after the crank timing belt gear and a key for the crank. Will get those from the dealer tomorrow.

You need wheels? Where are you located? Ive got some buddy clubs ill sell you for a case of beer. White, 3 area really clean, one has some paint off of them. Take them, paint them as you want to as long as they are decent, and then sell them back to me when your done for $20. Just put a 'wheels by JYR' decal on your car.
