yeah man, i can enter all the values from a tuned zdyne map for my motor with 10psi into ghettodyne then save the bin and burn it with a eeprom.. why pay 800$ :P

Yeah, ghettodyne is still much in development...
you can tune the hell out of an N/A car at the moment...

But once the boost stuff is finished up, Ghettodyne mated with George's ECUControl with a serial port on your ECU will be way cooler than ZDyne...

Re-programmable, with real-time datalogging...
all for free... (plus the cost of purchasing blank roms, and misc sockets..) so let's say for less than $100

still way cooler.

FYI: It's Synoptic's ECUControl, not mine. I just made the mods to the rom file so it would work.

Can I do this to my ZC ECU to?
I have a '87 ZC(EDM) ECU.
Well I have 3 ECU's snagged 2 at the local yunkyard hehehehe. anybody need one?

Default What ECU's a good swap out?

i'm lookin' to go Ghetto, but i want another ECU to play with, and keep my stock until i know i'm running good. i've got an '89 CRX Si right now. what's a good ecu to get for a quick swap out? i can solder the chip socket in, modded enough playstations and repaired enough laptop boards to solder in a zif socket.
