Thanks guys. I'll probably get the flanges milled then, one is a little wavy from the grinder. My turbo is a IHI RHB5, its going in a 95 neon dohc. I've heard they're fast spooling turbos so it should work good for what I want it for (street). I had to relocate the battery to the trunk, if any of you own a neon you know that its tighter than a gnat's under the hood stock. I should hopefully be done with installing it this weekend. thanks again for the help.
