You will easily wash your rings, you cannot turn the fuel pressure low enough, the 450cc injectors are simply to big, I even tried 380's with the fuel pressure at 20psi, and was getting around 11mpg and it ran very doggish. The best way is to get some type of controller, apexi afc device, fields controller or a SMC controller. this changes the input voltage going to the ecu from the map sensor, leaning it out. thus letting your car idle with such a large injector (AFC HACK)

probably the SMC, but it may not be the best, I have never used it.

People like the AFC

well if you want it to run good, and make alot of power..? yes

or you can get a air/fuel gauge and just wing it yourself, just make sure it doesnt stay to rich, and it never goes lean.

How much does it usually run to get a car fine tuned?

About 1 hour on the dyno, to get a base setup going.

some cars are harder.. tough to say dude, call around and get some pricing.
