Fraud Warning: Missing Link

Re:Fraud Warning: Missing Link
I'll clarify. We obviously still warranty defective product. But operationally defective product is about .002%. What we always helped out with, but will no longer are users that don't have a defective product, but do not maintain their Missing Links and send them back for warranty when they stop functioning optimally. With the latest product improvements, this should no longer be an issue, so we will only be supporting true product defects.
But bear in mind that we are fielding alot of inquiries based on knock-offs, we are also getting bad perception because of these knock-offs. So the basic message is that if it is genuine Synapse Engineering product and it is defective, yes, we'll warranty it, no question. But at this point there will be more work on the customer end to show us that their product is genuine before we warranty.
Our main support will be to the next generation of product iteration that we know is more likely to be genuine.
If you have been sold knock-offs portrayed to you as genuine Synapse Engineering Missing Links, feel free to forward us a written complaint, with as much information on where and who you purchased from, and we will gather and forward all complaints to the FBI fraud division.

I hope the FBI ***** thier ---- up. If you take an American Invention overseas and have the gooks duplicate them for a nickel, you suck ****. I wish they would come up with their own idea's instead of taking the easy way out. It's just the way people think these days.

Just checking but do you all carry one for the Saturn 1.9LLO DOHC engine? and if not will you soon? We have used faulty check valves for quite some time now...and it sucks...but the pet store loves us... This engine is the same for all models from 91 thru 00 in all DOHC's...I think they got a good run off one engine dont you?...get back to me..

Not yet, but we've had a few inquiries about it. It might be a clearance issue, since the IAT sensor is integrated, but we're looking into it.
A question for you is more a question of, how many of these get turbo'd every year?
