Default a/f gauge

Wondering what is the advantage between a regular a/f ratio gauge than wideband o2?
Sorry sounding like a noob which i am, i just recently finish picking up all the parts necessary to run turbo. Its just that this type of gauge is whats concerning. I was just thinking on getting a a/f gauge from begi. Im boosting my miata, i had my accord but then i had to get rid of it due to just about everyday my alarm was goin off at 4 am.
thanks

one is a sensor, one is the gauge that gets wired to the sensor.
