Don't do the Echarger, Just save your money and put together a turbo one piece at a time. Be patient and look for parts. You can build a good turbo set up for under 1k. 14b or T25 for one benny, search craigslist/ ebay/ junkyard for a manifold, turbo, injectors, 1g BOV etc. I did mine that way and it turned out nice.
