I was planning on making a dumptube out of thinwall electrical conduit(EMT). It's kinda' thin so I don't know if it will be able to take the heat. It's close to the same thickness as regular exhaust tubing...but it's alot closer to the exhaust manifold as compared to how close your actual exhaust is.

What is everyone else making there dump tube out of?

Hmmm...that stuff is pretty thin, but it might work. You can bend that ---- by hand, so you might not want to have it close to high heat areas.
