ive been searching google and i searched all over here cant find a good dsm 450 injector install how to i got obd1 i know i have to dremel my intake a little bit dont know how to do the wiring can someone help me out thanks

 

1 Dremel SEALS that go into intake mani....just a little bit
2 bolt in injectors
3 wire in a resistor box or 10 watt 10 ohm resistors
4 burn chip to run 450cc injectors
5 wack off because you have 450cc injectors

 

you'll also have to cut the tabs out of the injectors for the obd1 clips to fit.......can't seem to find the write up on HT that I used

 

hypothetically speaking of course, lets say you lost your seal(s) and just put the injectors in without them whats the worst that can happen?

 

you could get a check from the insurance company to pay for your burnt up car.

I'm pretty sure any Honda resistor box will do...

There are a few different ways to do it. I wired mine up through the wires near the shock tower (don't remember what it's called)...

I'll see if I can find a write up for you really quick, rather than explaining it myself...

Okay, here's the one I followed... make sure you test the continuity and go by that, don't just follow the Hondata site, my car was different!

yeah i forgot about modifying the clips...damn. But as far as the resistors go you can follow the injector plugs yellow wire with a black stripe. Just wire a radio shack resister inline with this wire and your good do go. I hear the resisitor pack looks nicer but if you do a nice organized job with the resisitors it will look good too.
