Do I use colder plugs? Synthetic oil? Timing?

Do I use colder plugs? Synthetic oil? Timing?
Here's my setup:
B18B with STR timing gears, underdrive pulley and fuel rail.
T3 turbo with internal wastegate, DSM 450cc injectors, 255 walbro pump, Vortech FMU 12:1, DSM intercooler, AEM fuel pressure regulator, custom manifold.
I'd like to run about 8psi. Is this safe with stock internals?
What plugs to I use? I've heard 2 degrees colder. Is this true?
How much should I retard the timing?
How safe is it to use my internal wastegate? Or should I weld up the internal gate and install an external?
Also should I be using Synthetic oil on the setup?
Thanks

the resistor box makes the "Peak and Hold" characteristic of the DSM 450cc injectors work with the "Saturated" requirements of "newer" Hondas. so no it doesnt.
ive only heard using the fmu or the 450's, not both...
