Default should i use "colder" spark plugs (for boost)

did anyone use a "colder" type of plug after going fi? will it help the engine/turbo? tia

there have been alot of threads talking about re-gaping the plugs. i would just do that.

Im pretty sure that projekteg has some good information on this.

I use them only because my spark was blowing out but some people just use stock plugs and just gap them down to like .028-.030. I just went one step colder and gapped them to that also.
