Do it, my buddy put down 270whp in his 1.8l and it rips fine with great spoolup and gobs of power.

i think its a perfect match. i think the gt28rs will take a little longer than mine but its deffinetly going to be a good turbo for it. always better on the 1.8 though
That car sounds great, man. I've done some autox'n myself, you're a pretty good driver.

The deal fell through but I bought a turbonetics t3 super 60 ball bearing. hopefully that should do the trick. keep your eye out for the build thread...
