Default Day Full of no look tack welding

Well I spent the day at the shop today, this is what I got done

1. Mounted JRC 8", hangs low like hotsex's big cooler, guess its time for a lip. No pic, its dark and my camera sucks. I'll get one tomorrow.

HERE IT IS

2. Got dumptube figured out on downpipe, tacked up. I'm actually going to attempt welding this stuff myself, we just have very little wire at the shop, so I'll do it at work monday. Pics of the DP now.

3. Built intercooler piping, I had the intercooler to TB piece all one piece, but in the end it was just gonna be too difficult to maneuver around, plus i still have to attache the BOV flange, and then it woulda never been possible. Two pieces it is. I also had to modify that stock 14b outlet pipe, so that it points down, McMaster bend to the rescue. Pics of that stuff:

4. I clocked my center section a bit, so that the oil return points downward a little better, dont want a kinked return.

I'm really excited to go to work monday and try welding this stuff up on my own. I am getting better at it, steadier hand and what not.

Looks good. If you don't like the fmic hanging below the bumper you can cut and reweld the bumper support so it tucks the intercooler more.

If you decide to run the 14b like that, you might have to yank the PS. My buddy used the stock J pipe and it didnt fit with the PS, so we took it off, were going to try and use some sort of u bend but we havent got a chance to test anything yet. Post up pics once you get it all mounted up, Id like to see.... good luck with the rest of the setup.
