The d16a6 and d15b2 heads are exactly the same, same cast design. Same valve size, only differnce is the Camshaft from the SI has slightly more duration and lift.

Leave your head on, and do the full dpfi to mpfi setup.

get some Z6 pistons or something that has a bigger dish than the Si pistons...

that with a thick headgasket should do just fine =D

dude, pistons are *cheeeep* for stock ones...
like $25-30 from honda per.. even less if you check other forums (like honda-tech) where people put forged pistons in their D's.. and just buy their old ones.
