Custom manifold where to get flange? D16A6

I've foind B-series flanges... Cheapturbo.com has em..
Where can I get a D-series flange?
...or do I make one myself?

Email cheapturbo.com and ask Ken if they can make you one, I am pretty sure they can do that for you.
