This is not a big deal...or is it?
I don't really give a ---- about cosmetic ----, but this crack has been getting bigger slowly, and I am starting to worry. Is my log going to slpit right the ---- in half? If it looks bad, I'll talk to josh about it... I noticed it before, pm'ed him, then decided it didnt look worthwhile. But it's been growing so...

Anyways, here are the pictures. I'll take more if neccesary.

 

Logs always crack there. Shitty design.

 

So it's ok right? I didnt feel like harassing josh right now. If its not going to break I don't care. Is it it going to get progressivly worse till I have 2 halves of a mani?

Out of the 60 or so manifolds I made I had the one crack that was in the fab section and Samson got a slight crack on his log I made a long while back. Sch 40 is best for logs. Its the nature of the game. Too much heat, short area, no flow.

 

Damn. I'll pm him now. IS he still backed up with stuff?

 

I dont know whats going on with him lately....

 

I hope for a breakthrough in customer service, no downtime allowed for my DD.
