copper gasket or not

i just planned on going turbo not to long ago.the problem is that before i planned on going turbo i had my head shaved to 45 had the head port and polished and a 3 angle valve job done on a d16z6.now i got a t3 off a saab fuel, rail, johnny ic and 2 problems.i want to know first will i need a copper gasket to lower my compression since i got the head shaved or is that not that bad.my second question is will the apex afc and 450cc injectors supply me the fuel that i need for this setup. im trying to stay low budget but will go zdyne if i have to.any helpful oppinions welcome .

keep the headgasket you got now, you wont be to high, and the afc and 450 if you SEARCHED will be just fine.

Re:copper gasket or not

iwas wondering about the copper gaket because i got the head shaved and since that raises the compression i thought i would need a taller gasket to atleast get it back to factory specs. the question about the apex afc and injectors was because in the forums some people say good some peolpe say it sucks.im trying to go 10 psi but i dont want a headache. ive read that the afc advances timing and thats no good. if this can work with this setup fine but if this ---- is going to blow my motor i would rather spend some more cash and play it safe. any helpful oppinoins are welcome and thanks.

Re:copper gasket or not

like i said, your compression isnt high enough to cause any trouble.. you are ok.
