Converting internal wastegate to external

Could someone give me some insite on this ? I have a t3/t4 turbo on my civic, it has a internal wastegate. Is there any way to convert to external, does anyone make a block off plate for it.

for the t3 turbine housing:

many of our sponsors carry these.

what manifold are you running?
