it will work easy the way it is.
or you can move the outlet/inlet if you can weld aluminum.

don't move / cut / flip end tanks, they WILL leak
best idea would be to custom make your own ic pipes and mounts to fit it into your car

welds crack with time, heat, vibrations, and custom mounting brackets
just mount it up, and do your pipes, it's easy!
