i kind of agree - im just guessing but you would want something that never changes state when sprayed - like co2

Never changes state? CO2 evaporates when you drop the pressure on it, and if it drops pressure fast enough it forms dry ice. It's ideal for spraying on an intercooler because you won't have any wasted liquid CO2 that leaks down and evaporates somewhere else than in the intercooler.

the injector idea will not work. been there and tried that. Unless you built about 30 psi pressure the injector will not mist worth a shiet.

I tired that and it failed miserablly. So im still working on a way to use a line off the manifold under boost to push water through only when in boost.

That should work, I saw a link somewhere for it. Pressurized box full of water, with a line from the intake manifold to pressurize it, right? I'm wondering if 10-20psi is going to spray enough water to be worthwhile. If so, this will definately be the best way to run.
