Hey guys, I did some reading on honda-tech on charge piping. I ordered some mandrel bends from jcwhitney, 2.25 OD for all my intercooler pipes and charge pipes.

What are you guys running? BTW this is on a 99 Si b16a2 which will be running 6-8 psi.

I was wondering if I should have went with 2.25 from turbo to IC, and 2.5 from IC to manifold.

 

I am running 2.25 to intercooler, and 2.5 to TB.. but this is on my maxima. You should be fine w/ 2.25 all the way.

 

anything over 2inchs your fine.. ---- dsms ID is under 2.0

Good deal. I just went out and looked at my 2.25 exhaust layin around. Looks plenty big.
