i adjusted it again further and it blows off hard!! the only problem is that now for some reason its spoolin to like 10psi b4 the w/g opens. its supposed to be at 5 and it was perfect b4 adjusting the bov--which doesnt make any ------- sense to me. do you think its coincidence and my cheap cdm w/g just happens to be sticking, or can bov adjustment possibly be doing something somehow

im guessing that your bov was leaking before because maybe it was adjusted too loose.
now that you adjusted your bov either
1. go and buy another 5 psi homosexual wastegate spring and have fun racing b20s or
2. get your ---- tunned at 10 psi.

hi all, i forgot to say that my problem is solved.

the sound was indeed futter.
the Bov has a rubber seal in side and the seal had a little cut in it. i put some windowkit on the cut and now the bov is working normal.
so the problem was caused by a vacuum leak.
