Re: boost gauge hooked up to compressor....only 3psi???
The problem you are looking for is a boost leak somewhere.
Def try and run it without the bov, to see if that works.
If that doesn't work you need to pressurise* the intake tube.
Turn you car off and hook up an air compresser or a hair dryer or something.
you def have a boost leak. My first setup i did, i spent about a week doing
everything you have tried and it ended up being boost leaks. Multiple tiny ones
so check every single little connection.

The stock wastegate on your turbo is leaking (Not your external one). Take your downpipe off and weld the flapper on the stock WG shut. If that wastegate is leaking or open, you'll never make any boost.

Re: boost gauge hooked up to compressor....only 3psi???
yea...its welded by the handle & around the flapper..
I'm about to run out here & replace the bov pipe with my stock intake pipe,
I do have an air compressor so if this doesnt work I'll try to find a way to hook that up,
its probably one leak...because theres just a big gush of wind(air) getting louder as I raise my rpms...I'll let you guys know when I'm done/.

Re: boost gauge hooked up to compressor....only 3psi???
alright guys,
I just removed the bov & I still have a bov sound,
I replaced the whole pipe with my old intake pipe,
went for a drive,
I still hear the air/hiss raise higher & higher & when I shift...phhhssssssssss
it is not surging,I know what that sounds like,
this sounds dead on a BOV!
I am not getting any boost,
the turbo use to have a bov on it...
would this be somthing to do with it?
but I blocked it off,
I'll post picks of it!!!
heres where I blocked off the old bov plate:
here it is:
....
could the bov sound (air) be coming out the intake of the turbo?
I bet anything where that air is coming out at,where that bov sound is coming out at....is where my leak is!!!

Re: boost gauge hooked up to compressor....only 3psi???
cause I wanted to be rice & sound like a supra!!!!!! HAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no really...
the seal where I put that blockoff plate is really sealed tight...I used the red seal stuff,
I used seal all around that, then I used JB weld around it all,
I have looked multiply times & just now,it has'nt cracked yet,
I will go out & check on the bottom of the block off plate...cant see that part..
but I can still use the stock bov if I needed to ...just a little bit of scraping/chipping....
