Get a MBC, or make one (I did... costed ~8US$).

Yes, MBC is primarely used to raise boost. BUT... another good thing is it help spool faster.
I put MBC for that same reason... now I get WAY, WAY faster spool.
The idea for faster spool (especially on internal WG): If you don't have a MBC, WG will start to creep open at some 3psi, and when open it'll hold at 7psi (numbers might not be correct, just to give general idea). With MBC, WG is closed all the way to 7psi, when it slams open (instead of creeping open, and thus taking longer to build boost), and holds boost at 7psi...

with a bunch or crappy parts from home depot, but hell, if you're gonna do that, just buy one of the cheap ones off egay, at least it will look better. :P
