That is a good trick to know.... It was one of the dozen or so things I was thinking about in the back of my mind. :P

could you just plug the bottom and fill with coolant, then plug the top? don't know, figured that would be better then running no coolant at all or just plugging them.

heck that would cause the coolant in there to boil out and spew on your motor, not my idea of a good time

just hook up the lines or don't do anything at all, don't try schemin and filling it with somthing, you will just do damage.

What's everyones favorite line to tee into? The throttle body? I don't like the idea of turbo-heated water flowing through my TB/IM. You guys are all ok with this? Doesn't it heat your charge?

It really only takes 15 mins to tap your cooling system. I'll explain the easiest way to do it. Off the bottom of your throttle body or Idle air control valve you have 5/16 cooling lines. These have coolant in them. Pick one.. any one you want really, cut it in half. Now you have 2 lines sitting there, run one line to one side of the cooling section on the turbo, and the other line to the other side of the turbo, In any order, it does not matter which way coolant flows through the center section. Your just putting the Center section INLINE with the cooling system. But if you are really lazy and dont want to, that also works, you dont need to plug the holes on the center section, its an open chamber just for coolant, so nothing will leak out.

Bamboo is right, 3/8's are just to big for my taste..
