Re:blocking off water supply

Re:blocking off water supply
You don't need the water. Just don't use it if you don't want to.
It's not hard to hook up though. I would hook it up anyways.... __________________ Best Car Insurance | Auto Protection Today | FREE Trade-In Quote |
Re:blocking off water supply
there is a line to your throttle body (3/8" coolant line) just get two 90 degree barbed to barbed 3/8" fittings, some hose clamps, and 6 feet of 5/16" fuel line (it's a bitch to get on the fittings so do them off the car, they'll go into the stock line easier. you use 5/16" cause the coolant lines on the turbo are 5/16" and 3/8" might leak

Re:blocking off water supply
I say run the coolant. For the 20 bucks and hours worth of time you wil spend you are keeping your turbo much cooler than if you just plugged up the hole. You would also negate the need to install a turbo timer.
just my .02 |

Run the coolant. Its a great feature to not use. And is very easy to hook up. And will increase the life of your turbo.

Re:blocking off water supply
I would think your water pump would be able to keep things moving well enough.
