$12.95 at summit i think Jegs is more. I plan on using this stuff in my car but i dont really drive my car a lot around town. one gallon will do 5+ honda blocks.

WEll I have seen it support some pretty high # blocks so if it's not a traffic beast and you line the holes staright with the hg it should be alright along with a nice fan that is switched on all the time.

i wouldn't think that it could distort the sleeves b/c there is no real pressure involved installing the goop.
also... for a daily driver and all the coolant holes drilled out, don't you think it would be like any other sleeved block that has a block gaurd think built in??

this is gonna be # 3 on my DIY list.

if you are worried about cooling don't put the filler so far down on the sleeve. leave some more room for water.

lots and lots of closed deck engines out there. but i dont specifically know the measurements of how far down it closed.
