No, it doesn't. The rotor has a broad face, allowing it to remain in contact with the cap for a significant portion of crankshaft rotation. The point at which the ECU fires the coil is still the point at which the plug is fired, regardless of arbitrary distributor windage that is corrected for by CKF.

Can we stop this now?
