You plan on running nitromethane though that turbo? There's no way your going to get enough nitro out the exhaust and your going to hydrolock it. I'd reccomend just running alky

alky is still around 6 to 1 @ stoicometric... nitro is 4-1... besides I wasn't talking about 100%. Maybe just another rail on the bottom case with 20lbs'ers to feed some 50% model fuel through it.( god bless al/bruce for the dual-table ) Nothing dramatic! just....enough. ya know. I talked to the guys @ grand river racing and he said he's got a 120hp cheetah that he clocked at 130mph. Whether he was telling me the absolute truth is another thing, but he also is the guy who will be loaning me some cryo-treated gears as a sponsor for my run. So I have some trust in what he said. If I get the 160hp I'm looking for than that should put me around 140mph ( I hope) and it will take another 50hp at least to get me over 155mph. BUT.... only time will tell.

In the meantime I'll just consentrate on getting her to run perfectly. Then i'll tweak..... besides this bike wasn't purpose build for the speed run. It is still going to be on the trail. See... where I ride the "trail" is really an old railroad bed that has been graded and smoothed with #6 crush stone, down to a road-like surface. It goes from pennsylvania to lake ontario. Search "lehigh valley railroad" or "greenway trail" in NY

I've been pretty close to you then.... I got all the way down to about 15 miles south of mount morris , ny... which is about half the way to penn. then we got chased by the man for about 3 hours. Only because it was 4am though. That's pretty far considering I did it without filling up anywhere. I live about 5 minutes from lake ontario. north of roch. I've been meaning to make my way down to allegany county for a weekend. I'll have to hook up with ya for a weekend of rippin' after this thing is done.

Dude you're ------- awesome. I'm definitely making my own stator for the briggs. Hopefully the battery won't die after 15 starts. It might even be able to support head/tail lights!

Hey, did you use the stock magnets to achieve the extra power or did you purchase more powerful ones?
Also I have no idea what diodes I should be getting, I might get a GM regulator or something.

torganFM.... that's bro. You can pick up a rectifier off a yamaha warrior... 3 wires are for each phase and the red and black are your +/-... If you do it right you should not have to buy any magnets. the ones in there should be good enough.... if not search "rare earth magnets" you can find rods of any size. later guys.... back to the banshee

this weekend was a flop... I had forgotten about the 2 birthday parties I had to go to.... It's not easy being a daddy when your 24. But at least I got my watertight box mounted. although it's a bit bigger than I anticipated. I might just have to make a smaller one once I get it finished. this one will have to do for the time being. My fuel injectors I got from www.injectorsonline.com are an awesome fit. They are the 60lbs. 48mm high imp. (shorties) from a harley application. I couldn't have asked for better service from these guys. I had to send back the first ones I got because of the lenght. So they took them back with no restocking fee then send me the right ones free shipping AND he gave me free pigtails!!!!! What a deal!!!! huh..... These guys are the best I've ever delt with, without a doubt.

Anywho, I'm ready to run for thurs. when I get out of work.... mega is config'd and I'm ready to tune an idle and maybe more. I have yet to finish the muffler...which you guys will LOVE!!! I'll try to resize a pic for ya'll... I'm gunna try to get fast and furious on dat ***... with some colored flames shooting out on boost. you'll see what I mean when you see it. LOL!!!!
