I would torque each one to 20 lb-ft, then 40, then to 60.
60 is the spec if you use the included moly lube or 70 if you use 30w oil.

Like Jeff said, make sure they are clean...some run a tap down through all of the holes to clean the threads of priot locktite and dirt. Makes it easy.
