ill just get a 90degree fitting or something becuase the wastegate is already mounted up and i dont feel like having to go through that agian. where could i get fitting
I had the EXACT same problem your having. I tried a 90 bend and it caused alot of smoking. I ended up clocking the turbo quite a bit more, and i had to drill out the bracket for my wastegate actuator so i could rotate it. I still get some smoking but nothing like before
what about a 45degree fitting and ill cut the crossmember just enough to get clearance
BTW here are some pics of how the turbo is mounted!

-kyle, stealthmode staff whenever I feel like it.
same set up as me, rotate the center section for the compressor outlet to clear the xmember, redrill the hole on the wastegate, mount it with 1 bolt, 45 degree drain fitting. good to go
ok, went to the local store and bought a 45 today. looks like its going to work. BTW: does any one have a pic or something that shows how much the oil level goes up on a civic/crx. it would be good to know where to put my bung for the return!
