sorry that my words confused you lol, i do that a lot. Though!!! i do understand what you are saying.

i need to either block off the charge pipe and run my bov and wastegate set at a low psi

or "clamp it with a big washer" like you say which still lets air out, builds back pressure and the bov and waste gate are controlled via a boost controller set to a low psi. correct me if im wrong again, i know im a :1 when things are not explained precisely, sorry.

i am also able to loop the compressor outlet to the inlet of the turbo with a bov, and run a wastegate with it like you say?

thanks complex. your helping a lot if ya dont think ya are. honestly!!

if you look compressor to compressor there is no air being added to build boost. you'll still over rev.

as long as you can get air ino the turbo, that hasn't already taken a trip through the turbo, you're good to go.

ok i think now ill go with you said the first time. a nice sized washer to cover the hole on the charge pipe and make sure the wastegate and bov are in working order. ahh HMT is such a great place.....im a right about now...

bov need not work, you already have a vent to atmosphere. a 1/2" hole should work fine
