well still no oil line kit..... but i have most the items i need to install my turbo. im finishing up my custom gaskets and piping. im still waiting on my FMIC if i ever get it. i have installed 1 of my gauges so far, the other 2 shall be here tomorrow and will be installed to save time later down the road. i also have a question about a air/fuel ratio gauge on a NA car. does it constantly sweep back and forth because its NA and not turbo with a constant a/f ratio? its a bright ------ gauge to be doin that all time.

kool thanks, that helps me out some. i also have one other question. my buddy thats gonna help me tune lives in canada, and hes willing to meet half way to help. he wants me to install the turbo kit except for the injectors and one charge pipe so i dont go into boost. i dont think that is such a good idea though. he said i should be fine keeping it normally aspirated with the turbo on but not boosting with stock injectors and no chargepipe installed. when we do meet he wants to install injectors, install charge pipe, and chip the ecu then start tuning. im just concerned about my turbo because i have a 4 speed trans and a solid 70-80 mph puts me at 3500-4000 rpms cruising. i dunno what to do......

If your car will do 75 mph with no turbo Id imagine it would be fine because you are just maintaining speed, itll spool just enough to let that exhaust out and if you got all the oil lines on I dont really see a problem...

block the charge pipe or something so you have backpressure on the compressor so you don't over rev the turbo and turn your charge piping into a container for aluminum cornflakes.

you can't run around with a turbo and no chargepipe, either disconnect the wg so it's open or take the turbo off

yes that was my plan to disconnect the wastegate and loop the turbos compressor outlet back to the inlet of the turbo to create a loop effect.

you can't do that and not build pressure. you'll still spin ---- around just as fast if you don't add air., you need to either clamp a big washer for backpresssure, or set it with a wastegate on the charge pipe
