almost ready, minor things now :D
ok heres the question. my turbo is off of a nissan 1.8 liter turbo, and its water cooled. i know tuner toys has the d series adapter that i can use to run water to the turbo. where am i going to return it to though? would i also have to make a adapter to my radiator return? i dunno how im gonna do this lol. i guess the turbo has a t2 flange :-\ and not a t3 flange. i also need to know the thread size and pitch on the back of the d15b1 block so i can get some fittings to run my oil pressure gauge. any help would be nice.

Dude, use the throttle body coolant lines, just disconnect those and hook them up to the turbo.

Re: almost ready, minor things now :D
and will it ---- with anything the throttle body has that needs that coolant?
thats pretty interesting, i think i would try that. |
Re: almost ready, minor things now :D
use the TB lines. easy. if you are really concerned run it like this:
Coolant into TB --- TB --- line to turbo --- turbo --- line to where the TB out would go. |
Re: almost ready, minor things now :D
the lines to the throttle body are only for super cold days to heat up the air going to the engine for drivability crap. aka rip that ---- out

Re: almost ready, minor things now :D
this is how i did mine
pump -> IAC -> TB -> turbo -> line that came out of TB and went back to engine |
Re: almost ready, minor things now :D
ok guys sounds good to me. i guess thats where ill be running the lines from. seems everyone uses them.
