air intake temp sensor

Default air intake temp sensor
i have a obdII civic witha obd1 harness adapter and a chipped obd1 ecu - do i need this sensor? just wanted to know before i permenently seal it into my intake/charge pipe

on my LS and my old D16z6 setup the intake air temp sensor was in the intake manifold. I don't know if it's the same sensor in newer models, if it is though you def. need it.

ya i think its the same, i epoxy it in to my charge pipe (ebay cai)
