primary o2 sensor.
two white wires.
tap into the white with grey stripe.

its gonna go back and forth at idle or whatever so like they posted just see what it reads when u floor it. wot...

hope that helps ease the install. if u can solder the tip into the wire rather than splics and tape. that ---- about wire it to the ecu dont do that either. voltage is lost along electrical wire so its a tad off not much but every volt drop counts cause your basing how to change setting sby that..

so tap into it about 1nch above the guage....

yes the temp goes up if you run lean, down if you are rich.

no guys the egt temp is highest at stoich, and the temp is lower when richer or leaner. thats why you need to know exactly what side of stoich youre on, because richer or leaner is gonna make the temp drop either way. and on a turbo car you want to be on the rich side, stoich will toast those internals. yes an A/F guage is a decent way to know if youre running lean under WOT conditions. if youre in red u better give it more fuel somehow.

rickys2000si what are you saying by tap into it about an inch above the guage? wouldnt running a wire directly to the sensor be the same as intercepting the signal at the ECU?
