Default Actuator Spring Rates edit: will this fit?

firstly http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/con...roduct=FMAS049

2. it says spring 5-10 psi, does that mean it will work somewhere in that region? ie one day ill boost at 9psi and at 6psi anthor?

3. although it says t2 is there any reason why it wouldnt work on a t3? the t3 springs start at 7psi, thats more than i want.

Thanks for your help

Marc

the T2 actuator has a shorter shaft. email them for the exact difference.
Those Forge actuators are made as a stock location replacement, but if you are going to do a custom mount then I'm sure you can get it to work.
So you want a 5-6psi wastegate actuator?

Yep 5-6psi.

im more interested in going around the track as opposed to stright line dragging so am only amining for around 220hp.

Do you know of any other springs that will fit the t3?

Cheers
Marc

will this spring fit into my actuator? or is it only for the external wastegates?

I did the carb spring thing for a while. For some reason it would spike bad when cold. So I took the soft spring out of my knock off Greddy Type-S and swapped it out for the T25 wastegate spring. It was a win-win, now I have a rock steady 5.5psi (can use boost controller to up it) and my BOV sounds better with the stiffer spring.
