If you're trying to make or use a adapter just try this... take a piece of tubing ( i.e. steel ) in the diameter you need tAKE IT TO A MUFFLER SHOP AND HAVE THEM FLANGE IT TO THE OTHER SIZE.

i think you are saying this.. (i had the same idea)

IC pipe = 2 1/4"
TB Inlet = 2 1/2"

get another piece of pipe that is about 3" long and had a ID of 2 1/4". Slide that over the IC Piping and weld er' on.

that way the pipes OD is now larger (2 1/2") and matches the Tb

That's what I'm thinking too.....
I'm just wondering where I could get such
an adapter... I know that Can. Tire sells
them for sure, but they're made out of some
shitty material... Crx88si, you saw my pipes...
Do you have any ideas on where I could get an
adapter made out of the same type of aluminum
as my charge pipes?

yes it would, if the oil isnt getting back to the pan, then its got no place else to exit the turbo but the seals. i NEED to make the return line go in a nice diagonal line, u cant go down then up, it wont drain correctly. i think thats your only problem. good luck man, keep us posted.

Brett

oops didnt see the second page of this thread, my bad, get it rebuilt or buy another turbo, u wont have to worry about oil seals any more
