And Shortyz.... howe much would you charge me for the rebuild if I buy the parts? (If it's indeed fucked-up).
Where are you located?

I don't think that I've messed up the oil/water connections... The water connects to the "banjo lines", right? Maybe I've connected the water-return to the water-supply, and vice-versa.. could this be the -----up?

Although I have never seen one of those turbos in person, I always thought the banjo fittings were for the oil lines??? ??? ???

it usually doesn't matter which way you hook up the coolant as long as you have it hooked to the coolant lines of the turbo. there isn't a specific flow on the coolant like the oil. the oil line in will be the smallest of the holes (like a 10mm bolt hole) and the oil drain at the opposite side. coolant probably on the same sides of the turbo next to each other, but not always, but definately larger diameter. if you do have the lines run correctly, don't run it water cooled. just make sure you always let your car idle for a couple of minutes before shutting down.

Yeah, but he said he hooked the water lines to the banjo fittings. Is that right? ???

why wouldn't you hook up the water lines as well?

i meant that if they are hooked up as well and leaking coolant into the turbo, but not oil to not hook them up. if it's not leaking then definately keep them hooked up, but his leak may be a coolant passage that's causing a leak.
