Haha, on manifolds, unless its higher end and not ebay dont go wiht a tubular, ebay cast manifolds and logs are great because they rarely crack, buy an ebay tubular and you are just asking for problems.

On an EF civic... I don't understand why you would want the AC system on that car. Are you in a hot climate? Ditch the AC and make room for the turbo joyness! It just seems easier to scrap the AC and not have to build around it on an older civic. If it is hot where you live.... then I get it and understand the need.

Yes i do live in a hotter climate and have a three hour drive one way to and from college. I NEED a/c there is no compromising that. If it isn't do able then so be it but i imagine it should be i would just like to see maybe a build thread or even just pictures of it done.

in an ef the condenser isnt really an issue. getting the downpipe past the compressor and cross member will be tough. you should get a traction bar kit to run the eg half rad, that will make your radiator install look like it should be there and help make room for the downpipe

yeah that would be the best way. if you cannot afford a traction bar you can always use a 95 dodge neon radiator but it does not have a cap on it so you have to buy an inline cap too and will still have an issue from the crossmember
