Whatever the stock/oem oil return line's measurement is what the limit should be...if your running anything smaller than the original diameter, your retarded...and your also retarded for not running a BOV...if you want to ruin ur turbo go right ahead

1. Do not drive your car without fuel managment or.. this will happen (see below)

2. Your check engine is coming on because the stock map sensor is freaking out seeing boost, and throwing a Map sensor fault. This will make the car run like ---- when the DTC is triggered.

and to fix these 2 things...

1. Send your ECU to one of our Chippers (I recommend xenocron) to get your ecu chipped and get setup with a semi decent base map.

2. A set of DSM 450cc injectors and resistor pack.

Until then I dont want to see any more posts about you driving your car at 7psi and dont waste your time with a FMU.

Good luck,
Jeff

why to waste your time whit fmu

if i run 5 PSI it will ok

First off, a FMU only increases your fuel pressure at the injectors. Technicly, the higher the pressure at the injectors, the more fuel it sprays...which is true to a certain degree. Only problem is what happens when your fuel pump can't supply enough pressure any more because it's an old stock unit? Or the fact that no matter how much pressure you send to an injector, you can only send so much fuel through it. It gets restricted after a while and becomes useless beyond that point. Second thought to ponder is engine dynamics itself...even though you're now forcing air into the engine, the fuel still needs to atomize to produce power. Just having raw fuel and air in the combustion chambers won't ignite as well as atomized fuel with the air. The higher the fuel pressure is, the less it gets to atomize with the air being forced in. Think of it like a can of hairspray (odd analogy, but this is what an engine builder told me)...if you take the can of hairspray and hold a lighter in front of it and push the nozzle, an atomized mist of hairspray shoots out and make a big fireball. If you take that same can of hair spray, spray it on the ground in a puddle, it'll burn...but not with the same force as the huge flameball. Atomization at work All in all, it boils down to fmu's are archaic devices used by the old mustang crowds as ways to add more fuel because they were too lazy to figure out how to reprogram ford ecu's That's my rant for the day

Sorry man, but when I have to concentrate to read things, I get bored and dont want to do it anymore. Please learn to complete your thoughts and use words. You dont use an FMU and TE together. Get those DSM injectors and a PS9 ecu and have xenocron chip it for you and go get that ---- tuned asap. you are going to blow your motor otherwise. I hope you upgraded your fuel pump to. it sounds like you did no research at all before doing this. :1
