Default 5 Bolt Turbo --- bolt under DP too long

Hey, sorry if the title sounds confusing (this picture will clear it up). Basically it looks like the bolt is too long to squeeze under the DP... it wouldn't hurt anything to just dremel that bolt down a bit, would it? Thanks.

Why don't you just loosen all the bolts and tighten that one down and have it pull the downpipe onto the turbo??

I'm not retarted :P

I tried that already... the fact is that no matter how it is put on it's still too long.

The picture is just to get a visual of what I was talking about (didn't mean to show all the other bolts tightened down).
