Xenocron knows his ---- he should be able to help you with engine management and get you on the right track

dont run the 450s with the fmu. run the stock injectors and stay around 5 psi. Make sure to get some check valves also. if you dont have money for resistors, then you dont have money for a better fuel pump.
time to save up.

When I ran the car on the stock injectors it would not rev good at all it would sputter. When I installed the DSM 450cc injectors the car was going crazy at idel and if I gassed the car it would just die. Now honestly I did not read up much on the injectors but I would like to know if with out the resistors will that cause it to do that? Also I did not install a missing like. Without that or check valves will It just throw a CEL or will it cause the car to drive like ----? Thanks guys I hope I was extremly clear this time. Running stock LS

Spending $$$ on your setup. I have to give you credit for jumping in with two feet, doing it yourself. I have a feeling you will learn alot about how cars work, but it will be an expensive lesson. >:D

Dude, the 450cc injector flow twice as much gas as the stocks...it is running way too rich. 450s NO work with FMU.

You're car was running like ---- with the stock injectors. You should figure out why, and fix it, before you go modifying other stuff. I imagine the car was running well before you installed the turbo, yes? What else did you do, besides the turbo install? Adjusted timing? Timing belt? Head off? Maybe you have a vacuum leak?

Put the stock injectors back in. Leave the turbo hooked up, but not the charge pipe, so it's running N/A, run your old air intake, and get it idling and running properly before you boost it and blow ---- up.

When you get it running properly, drive down to petco and pick up 3 of these:
http://www.petco.com/product_info.as...cessories&ct3=
and some T's. Hook those up btwn the intake mani and the map sensor. No you can boost while you get the $ for resistors, and a spare ECU to send to xenocron.

FMU-- stock injectors--- check valves b4 MAP sensor

Uberdata-- 450 injectors-- injector resistors.

You really read up some more:

I honestly hope you are able to get your car running properly with good fuel management before too long...

It cracks me up because I studied, read, and researched for about a year before attempting my first turbo installation... but when I did it, it worked perfectly... But, I guess that's just my personallity, I like to know exactly what I am doing before I start taking stuff apart... LoL..

Props to this guy for getting in there and tackling a big job without much experience or knowledge... I guess that's what HMT is all about!

Post some pics when you get her running! :)

I ran all 3 check valves like pictured in most web sites and still getting sputter and I can only rev upto 3500. Stock injectors with the FMU and that's it.

I doubt that's the check valves fault. remove the check valves (take as many variables out of the equasion as possible, so to speak), and get the car to run well off-boost. Then, reinstall the checkvalves and work from there.

Re: 450cc dsm injectors

I did everything and at the last min I saw the oil pressure sensor kinda unpluged So I checked it and it was barly pluged. Plugged it in and it started woking. I did'nt think it would make it sputter. Anyways I drove the car around for like 3 mins or so it's boosting after about 4k+ or so. I hooked up the boost gauge and noticed that it's like at 20-30 in vac and will only go up about 0 when you floor the gas in neutral. I have'nt tried it while driving because the hose is to short to bring it up to eye level. The wastegate I noticed it did not have the screw on the to(vac)p. I have seen pics of setup's with the same wastegate and no screw but others with it. I just wanna know how to know if it's working. Thanks Tial 35mm wastegate is what Im using.

the top of the WG is fine. I dont see how hooking up an oil pressure switch would help your problem, but whatever works I guess. I forgot what turbo you had, but if its like a t3 size or bigger, you wont be making any boost standing still without a lot of effort.

So basicaly I should get a longer hose and see what it is while im driving? Lets say my boost is more then 5psi how would I regulate it? I do not have a boost controller.
