Dude!!!!!!!
Look up buick gn, gnx , t-type.
Im not an expert but I think that thet motor is the same or very close any way and to anser the question hell ya the 3.8 can spool one turbo you dont need to get 2.
look up the turbo buick sights and you will get a really good idea of how to rig it up. You might be able to get the t type parts to bolt right up?

When we did the SHO we maxed out the Grand National turbo at 15psi. The T04 is a 1.18 a/r turbine (around that) turbine and a .70 a/r compressor. The thing even spools faster than the GN turbo

GN turbo is a T3/T4 .60/.63 60-trim

The turbo trans-am that was built in 87' or 89' ( fastest production trans-am built to date BTW ) used the newer style 3.8 heads on the GN block. It had a limited sized engine bay, so the newer heads were used ( even though they flowed a little less ). I'm betting that the exhuast manifolds off that would bolt right up to your 3.8 and then all that is left is a custom cross-over pipe !!! I'd use the stock GN turbo to be cost effective and its not like the 3.8L you have is going to stand up to 20psi of GN turbo ( even though the SHO only got 15psi out of the GN turbo doesn't mean that this 3.8L push rod chevy motor is only going to get 15psi... The SHO/Yamaha heads and intake are about 1,500 times better than the GM ones, not to meantion the SHO rotates/redlines at about 2K RPMS higher than the GM motor.. ).

Its also quite possible that with a few "nips and tucks" that you could use an old GN ECU to run your 3.8L V6 ( most the sensors are the same. The GN was extremly advanced in its day !!! ).

I would keep the boost down either way... The engine and tranny were by no means meant for power...

Sorry if the things I said may have sounded negitive, but its just being honest and trying to help you understand...

I'm not one to say " get another car", but.... Wow... I'm not even sure if I can think of a ghetto plan for that car...

Hope I gave you some leads to follow though... Hell, we all drive civics/crxs and they were the late 80's "geo metro"...

Also ( though extremly rare ) there was a grand-prix 3.1L that came with a T-25 turbo with a .8x turbine side, you may wanna check into them...

all that searching for rare parts is confusing me... keep in mind i live in winnipeg junkyard selection especially now in winter is either non-existant or just to damn cold hour long journeys into the junk are possible for obvious pieces <charge piping FMIC> but im not goin searching for a SHO or a rare 3.1 liter turbo, not happenning

i think im just going to run a couple of identical turbos off of the the exhasut mani's makes for less work the only real problem is space as i said but im sure something can be cut out of the engine bay to make room

I found a company that'll sell me transmission beef-ups or even the whole damn thing when i win the lottery Intense Racing, theyre coming out with a turbo kit, it'd be interesting to see how there doing it

well, all the turbo'd 3.8 fbods I know are single t03/t04 hybrids.

I'm going wth a diff approach, I got 2 T25s that I am bolting on there its gonna be pretty cool. dont know where I am going to stick them, no space in that engine bay, hehe. but yeah, cehck out FBodyV6.com they might help you since they are 3.8s
