- Repair kit
- Machined-From-Solid (MFS) compressor wheel with 11 fins,custom built. Inducer/exducer diameters are the same however the wheel is taller and lighter
- dynamic balancing
- retrofit AR .35 turbine housing straight from Honeywell Garrett

Stage 2 not ready yet, however I have added a rev meter with shift light. Plans are to complete the build by the end of this autumn.

A brand new setup is underway as we speak. I have kept the IC, BOV and dashboards intruments, the rest will be replaced by better/more power capable parts. So far we have:

- Hybrid Garrett turbo
- new exhaust manifold with added high temp ceramic coating
- 250 cc injectors (good for about 100 crank hp)
- fittings, hoses and whatever else necessary

Both turbo and exhaust are spec'd to be capable of 150+ crank hp.
Other updates as they arrive in final form on the car.

First start with the hybrid turbo. Still lots to do but at least the car can move again on its own wheels.

First run with the new setup on stock injectors. Turbo delivers greatly so it leans out like crazy.

Car will receive fueling upgrade and a custom tune to fit this new frankenstein setup.
