From my calculations I should be around 290+ at the wheels on 4 PSI but the dyno will tell. My 222 baseline dyno was done with a bad knock sensor. Most of the people I know with these cars are dynoing around 240 at the wheels. OEM rated HP is 280. Stage 1 will be at 4 PSI and my stage 2 will be set at 6-8 psi depending on how the tuning goes.

I'm not sure how you guys do turbo selection calculations since many of the project use used OEM turbos and specs aren't always known but I made an Excel turbo selection calculator based on the Garrett turbo selection guides. Can those of you that are familiar with turbo selection give my calculator a try and let me know what you think? Obviously, all are welcome to download it and check it out. I just made it for myself but have posted it a few places and response has been positive.

Here's the link.

Oh ya, I think most have figured out what I did with the tips but in case not...The left tip is the turbo outlet and the tip on the right is just for the wastegate. In the photos i don't have the outlet tube attached to the wastegate yet but it's on there now and I'll take some more photos soon. The air filter mounts directly in front of the turbo and will have a K&N Filter cover on it that sheds water.

You might be thinking about the 90-93 models front grill. I don't like it either. It doesn't have a grill, just a big "belt buckle" we call it.

I'll have to look up that video you are talking about, haven't seen it yet.
