Can I just pulg the water inlet and outlet on the turbo and just run the oil lines or should I just run both?

 

I would highly recommend just running the water lines, its very simple, keeps the temps down on the center section, which means longer turbo life. If you decide not to run the watercooled section, you do not need to plug anything off. just leave the holes open.
